goal: ‘budget-conscious’ custom built home for builder-owner.
design: contemporary meets California modern
approach: although this custom home was designed specifically for the builder-owner and his family, he wanted clean and modern lines that took into account the possibility of a sale down the line. because prime land in brisbane is hard to come by, builder had dozens of requests for showings as well as pre-emptive offers during the construction phase. ultimately, the offers he received were too hard to resist and home sold in less than a week on the market.
