Sourcing: all general finish materials sourced and budgeted- includes finish electrical & plumbing fixtures, wall and floor coverings.

timelines: establish working timelines with trades
Ordering & Receiving: Sourced materials ordered, tracked and received. Received materials quality control checked and delivered to property. Returns processed and replacements ordered, if needed.
Bids: Obtain up to (5) trades managed per prep. i.e. GC, painter, carpenter, stager, etc.
supervision: Up to (5) property visits and/or up to (5) hours at property *
budget: up to $30,000 **
Pro design + materials management - starting @ $8,000
